FANCHALLENGE (“we” or “us” or “our”) has devised this privacy document to inform you about our practices regarding the personal information we gather from users of our mobile application (“FanChallenge”, “Application”, “App”, “Services”). We can be collecting some personal informal from you like your first name, last name, username, password, email address, country and state you live in when you create account to log in to our network (“Account”).
If you are using our Application on your mobile device, we may be collecting your phone number and unique device Id number.
If you contact us via email or give us feedback, we will collect your name and email address. Plus, the content you write in your email to send you an adequate reply.
We will collect your user name and profile picture that you’re going to upload to your public profile page (“Profile”). In future, when you create a challenge or participate in any, other participants in the Challenge (each, a “Challenger”) will be able to see the information you have provided in your profile.
Information Collected by our Services: In order to improve our services for you, our Application automatically tracks some certain information about the visits to our App. That includes your browser type, your operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, domain name, and or a date/time stamp for your visit. We use this particular information to examine trends, and collect demographic information. We will know about our user base and this helps us improve our services and for product development purposes as well. For instance, we collect some of the information so that when you come back to us, it will help us recognize and show you information accordingly.
Cookies: We use cookies, like many other online services, to collect information. “Cookies” are like a small block of information that a website sends to your internal storage when you’re visiting the application. We may use both session Cookies and persistent Cookies to make sure a highly dynamic and personal customer experience. This information is collected to improve our Services and meet your expectations from our Application.
Mobile Services: We may also gather some non-personal information from your mobile device if you have downloaded our Application on your device. This collected information is normally used to help us render the most relevant information to you. This information includes how to you use the Application, and information about the type of device you use. Moreover, if our Application crashes on your mobile device, we will receive the information about your mobile device model, software version, and device carrier that allows us to identify and fix bugs, all just to improve the performance of our Application.
Third Party Analytics: We use a number of thirty party service providers like Google Analytics that help analyze how users use our services (“Analytics Companies”. All the Analytics companies use Cookies to pile up information. We use this information we receive from Analytics Companies just to improve our Application and Services.
Refer-a-Friend: To join Fun Challenge, our Service may enable you to invite your friends. You can invite your friends via text message. We apply different techniques that enable you to invite your friends via text message, we also offer contact importer tools for this purpose. It will also import contacts from your address book so that you can swiftly and quickly ask your contact to join the Services and communicate with you. With your granted permission, we will access your address book, import names of your contacts, phone number, and any other information which can be used to determine your friends who have not been registered to the Application. A text message sent to your friends will go from your phone number so that your friends know that you desire to invite them to visit the Application. Similarly, in the process, we may collect your phone number to deliver you a text message for account verification purposes. Along with that, we collect information about some settings that help us interpret your data, such as the language and keyboard settings, phone’s carrier, mobile network, and mobile country code.
Find a Friend: Our Services may enable you to invite your friends who already have an account to join a Challenge. To invite friends with Account to a Challenge, you either have to enter your friend’s username or use our contact importer tool to import and search through your contact (including contacts in your address book) to match those who are also registered users of our Application. If you grant permission, we will access your address book and import names of your contacts, location, and any other information to facilitate automatic connection with your friends.
Some services or other materials shown on the Application may integrate, be integrated into, or be provided connection with third-party services. We do have any control over those third-party service providers and our TERMS of Use and Privacy Notice does not apply to those third-party services. You must read the terms of use agreements and privacy policies that take effect on third-party services. FANCHALLENGE is not responsible for the practices used by any third-party websites or services linked to or from our website, including, without limitation, the information or content they have. Plus, you agree to that we are not responsible and do not have any control over third-parties and information you provide them. If you are using a third-party website or service and you give them access to your personal information, you do that at your own risk.
General Use: Generally, the personal information we collect or you submit to us is used either to respond to your requests or improve our customer experience. We use your personal information in the following ways:

Friends: We may disclose information about you in connection with our Refer-A-Friend and Find-A-Friend programs as we have explained above.
Social Networking Sites: Our Services and Application may enable you to post content to Social Networking Sites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter). If you choose to go with this, we will provide information to those websites according to your selection. You acknowledge and agree to that you are exclusively responsible for your use of those websites, it is your core responsibility to read and review the terms of use and privacy policy of third-party provider of those websites. We will not be responsible or liable for: (1) the availability, authenticity, or accuracy of such websites, (2) the content, services, or products of such websites, or (3) the way you use those sites.

FANCHALLENGE owns and operates an application that links to these Terms of Use. We are pleased to offer you access to our application and the ability to participate in our fantasy sports challenges (collectively the "Services") that we may provide from our application, subject to these Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use", or “Terms”), our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") and the Official Rules and Regulations for the applicable contests and promotions (the "Rules" and together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the "Agreements").
You agree to these Terms of Use by accessing or using Application, registering for Services offered, or by accepting, uploading, submitting or downloading any information or content from or to the Application.

You may establish only one account per person to participate in the Services offered in Application. In the event FANCHALLENGE discovers that you have opened more than one account per person, in addition to any other rights that FANCHALLENGE may have, FANCHALLENGE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any or all of your accounts and terminate them. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login names and passwords and you accept responsibility for all activities, charges, and damages that occur under your account. It shall be a violation of these Terms of Use to allow any other person to use your account to participate in any Challenge. If you have reason to believe that someone is using your account without your permission, you should contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to notify us of unauthorized use. If we request registration information from you, you must provide us with accurate and complete information and must update the information when it changes
By entering a Challenge, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of FANCHALLENGE, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Company, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from a Challenge, if the entrant engages in conduct or otherwise utilizes any information the Company deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Challenge or is in any way detrimental to other entrants.
In addition, conduct that would be deemed improper also includes, but is not limited to:
Falsifying personal information required to enter a Challenge;
Any violation of Game rules or the Terms of Use;
Obtaining other entrants information and spamming other entrants; or
Abusing the Application in any way.
FANCHALLENGE is not responsible for: any incorrect, invalid or inaccurate entry information; human errors; postal delays/postage due mail; technical malfunctions; failures, including public utility or telephone outages; omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone system or network, computer online systems, data, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software (including, but not limited to software and operating systems that do not permit an entrant to participate in a Challenge), including without limitation any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer or video equipment relating to or resulting from participation in a Challenge; inability to access the Application, or any pages that are part of or related to the Application; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries and/or images of any kind; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, postal issues, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or transmission systems, or the Internet, or any service provider's facilities, or any phone site or website or for any other reason whatsoever; typographical, printing or other errors, or any combination thereof.
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedy, FANCHALLENGE may, without prior notice, immediately revoke any or all of your rights granted hereunder. In such event, you will immediately cease all access to and use of the FANCHALLENGE application. FANCHALLENGE may revoke any password(s) and/or account identification issued to you and deny you access to and use of the application. Any such action shall not affect any rights and obligations arising prior thereto. All provisions of the Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
